The range above is derived from your answers, not from your live business data. Three inputs feed it:
- Headroom — how far each topic score sits below 100, averaged across the topics you answered.
- Confidence — what fraction of the 5 topics you actually answered. Less coverage → narrower claim.
- Sector benchmark multiplier — typical revenue impact a healthy version of each topic produces in your kind of business.
This is a self-report, not a measurement. The range is deliberately wide. A real audit replaces it with measured numbers.
